Amaravathi (Tamil: அமராவதி) is a Tamil film starring Ajith and Sanghavi, and was Ajith's debut film in Tamil. It was directed by Selva, and is original in the genre in featuring a humiliated hero. Vikram provided the dubbing voice for Ajith. The film was deemed a hit at the box office.[1]
